Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Please review these terms when arranging transportation with ART Executive Services. A quote request is an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation.

Complimentary waiting time

Non-airport pickups include 10 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Domestic airport pickups include 60 minutes and international airport pickups include 90 minutes after the actual flight arrival.

We track flights when the correct flight number is provided. An airline delay alone is not customer waiting time, and the reservation remains valid. Please inform us of flight or itinerary changes and cancellations.

Cancellation and no-show

For Sedan and SUV reservations, cancellations 24 hours or more before pickup incur no charge. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to up to 100% of the reservation charge. A no-show is subject to 100% of the reservation charge.

Pickup and itinerary changes

Please request pickup or itinerary changes ideally at least 3 hours before the original pickup time. Changes are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability and may require a rate adjustment.

Additional waiting time

After the applicable complimentary waiting period, waiting time is charged at $20 per 15 minutes for Luxury Sedan, $25 per 15 minutes for Luxury SUV, and $30 per 15 minutes for Premium SUV. Airport waiting charges begin only after the applicable airport allowance.

Additional stops

Please request additional stops in advance whenever possible. Fees depend on distance, extra travel time and waiting time.

Child seats

Child seats are $20 per seat per transfer and must be requested in advance.

Vehicle class and availability

Your reservation is for a vehicle class. A specific make, model, color or trim is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. An equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be substituted.

Quoted rates and additional services

Quoted rates are based on the itinerary and information provided at booking. Extra stops, itinerary changes, excess waiting time, parking, special events or other requested services may add charges unless the confirmed rate includes them.
